If you get a chance listen to the podcast with him in Articles of Interest really interesting stuff I liked it. Sometimes it sounds like Freddie is Shoresy or a teeanager going through puberty. Exactly i really the insight of the Player . I listened to the Podcast with Poitras with Billy and Razor didn’t like the way he came across.

I would go with Heinen right now. He has played with someone different every night and has only had 1 or 2 bad nights.

I think most players that make the NHL these days have very well off parents and with that often comes a silver spoon of entitlement sometimes . I’m sure a little bit of adversity and pressure might help his character in the long run. On a related note. Is there a possibility he could get sent back to juniors. I only say this because Merkulov looks like he could stick and we had Beecher sit last night so we have a lot of centers around right now. Thoughts?

Sweeney promised his return to the Bruins prior to him leaving for the tournament, Jaffe and Raycroft were wondering if we see him Saturday. Ferraro and Dreger were wondering if he is returned to Jr .

If they start healthy scratching him, then yeah for sure send him back to Guelph and let the kid play!

It would be a really bad look PR wise for them , agree with he would have to reall y struggle to get sent down. I think if we could sent him to Providence ( which we can’t) he would be going there.

Don’t he goes back to Guelph, maybe on the 4th line or wing before that which I think is fine. Wasn’t happy with the Canadian coach calling him out when he first got there. I do wonder though his birthday is March 10th. Is he able to be sent down to Providence at that point? Don’t think they’re unhappy with Beecher’s play. Think he took a high hit to the chops in that Detroit game and they want a good/fair look at Merk who I think has been just meh. Poitras and Merkulov both need more muscle. Also think Frederick is much more impactful at center. Have to get use to not being the top face off team in the league. Geekie, Coyle, Frederick and Beecher are a load to deal with.
