After the Calgary game/effort this game has the potential to go south in a hurry. Hopefully we bounce back and play well.

Nice win! Great effort.
Got to think that was a really off night for the first place team in the league though.

I really liked how they seem to get under JT Miller's skin. My Canucks fan buddy was over and he said JT Miller really loses his head sometimes if you stay on him. It really seemed like right from the word go Marchand had the upper hand with the shorty and then the relentless chirping. It was great to see the response. There was some serious urgency from our team - they were embarrassed on Tuesday and they weren't going to let that happen again last night!

I say yes. I do wonder what the $$$ figure would be though. We would have to see where his numbers finish out for the year but on the current clip of 10 goals and 9 assists in 43 games I'd project him at around 20ish goals and 18ish assists. He won't be back at 775k! Here is his cap hit year by year which I found pretty interesting: 2023-24: $775,000 2022-23: $1,000,000 2021-22: $1,100,000 2020-21:$2,800,000 2019-20: $2,800,000 2018-19: $872,500 (entry level contract) 2017-18: $872,500 (entry level contract) 2016-17: $872,500 (entry level contract) Can you get him for $1 - 1.5 million? He is only 28. He has some good hockey left in him by the looks of last night's beauty!
