I DVR'd the game and didn't work?! Missed the whole game! Watching highlights now! Missed a good one! Definitely the most physical game this group has played all year. Many of us here have been screaming for more physicality. It's great to see them finally find that other gear.

Funnily enough, I thought for sure, when things started to get a bit chippy last night, that Marchand would go full retard at some point. Was actually kind of impressed he didn't.

I can't find anything on Jake McCabe but I honestly thought those back to back crosschecks have to be worthy of at least a fine. We have seen guys getting 2-6 games for stupid high cross checks like that and he's going to get off scot free for two in a row?

Where’s That been all year, better late than never I suppose. Guess they needed a team of Cup winners to hammer home what it takes. The bar has been set now. Anything less is unacceptable. Don’t feel good about the Maroon trade, maybe necessary though. He’s gotta earn his ice time.

McCabe should have been hit with two fines haha.

That is pure gold and the funny thing is that he had that look in his eyes tonight like he might just go off and cross that line.

Freddy, thats kinda what Pasta looks like on the point-Nylander Ha When I bitched about Pasta on point during PP for 3 seasons I got chastised that "he wasn't on the point, was moving floater" or something like that. Have always been a Freddy fan too! Great win. Kev, If I recall correctly, more here agreed with you than vise versa..Dead on with Freddy, he's really turned into a good physical winger who can score..He could be an X factor come playoffs!!

Don’t feel good about the Maroon trade, maybe necessary though. He’s gotta earn his ice time. Impact Maroon is still on injured reserve after undergoing back surgery Feb. 6 and he may not be ready to make his Boston debut until late March. The 35-year-old winger has collected 16 points, 60 PIM and 71 hits through 49 games with Minnesota this season, so he should add some grit to the Bruins' bottom six once he's cleared to play. I know I posted this under Bruin updates but just in case some of you missed it, here it is..
