The Boys know Bergy's not playing stay out of the box already , playing with fire .. Madmarx, Bruins are still playing with fire. I was pissed when they called up Kemppainen, but now I get it. He's won some real valuable faceoffs and a real good penalty killer. But as you said, they continue to play with fire..They'll eventually get burned if they keep it up!! Krejci having a monster game!

They had no choice with Bergy out but to go with Kemp , he has played solid and had a couple of scoring chances ..

Hope I'm wrong again but thought Wheeler might have tagged Bergy with one and then the body slam...... Didn't realize it was an afternoon game or that the Wild were in such a tail spin maybe they're motivated sellers. Looks like they have a hard time scoring. Would think good chance Gus plays. My guess would be the landing .. the cheap forearm to the head by wheeler? fuck n cheap prick...i hope he gets his when they meet again. but bergie came back and played...he would of been checked out and cleared...are they saying what it is ?

I know Wild is playing piss poor, but Bruins played one helluva road game, well except Kevan Miller..Honestly, I think he's the weak link on this team. He friggin sucked today, gotta be his worst game as a Bruin!!! PLEASE SIT HIM OUT TOMORROW. He'll be even worst if he plays!!

McQuaid has to be close by now, Miller better be the number 1 guy to head to the press box when the time comes.

I truly hope so Kjc..Here's the standings as of now. 18-5 on the road, probably the best in decades on the road. Overall they're an impressive 30-19, 4 points out of 1st BUT only 3 points up on 9th place Jersey. Damn, that frustrates me bigtime. There's now a separation between 9th and 10th..Personally I think the 8 teams that are in now are the ones that'll stay there. ca.sports.yahoo.com/nhl/standings/?season=

Bruins also have the 3rd best offence.
After losing 9-2 to the Kings, I thought maybe this was the beginning of this team folding. But you have to be impressed with the way they put it behind them and continued this torrid winning pace on the road. They gotta be a close knit bunch or they wouldn't be this good on the road..No way can they be sellers, team is too good for that and if they could pick up a solid defenceman, you just never know what will happen. As they get closer to the playoff stretch, it'll tell what this team is made of, IF they didn't already show us!!

Another solid win but no moral victories for me. They should be expected to beat teams sitting at the bottom of the standings. I need to see how they do against Detroit and Dallas before I get the warm fuzzies.

No not even the upper or lower body bullshit, just that it's day to day and he's traveling to Detroit. The schedule has been kind but they're beating teams they should.

If Bruins beat Wings tomorrow, they can lose every road game left and still finish .500 on the road. I gave Bruins a very little chance of making the playoffs this season and maybe they wont but they're certainly making it interesting.

Bruins got the Coach fired .. The first thing I thought mid way through the game was, they are good on paper, wtf is the problem. Not surprised Yeo got the axe.

The road record's really good - I just don't have the warm fuzzies yet because they haven't really beaten anyone of substance lately and looked outmatched against good but not great teams. That'll change if they put in a solid 60 against Detroit.

I definitely still feel that way but I'm thinking Morrow and Trottman are improving and that is progress. K Miller is a black hole of late, Chara and Seids are who they are and Krug is fine. Hopefully Julien will continue playing the two young guys and start trusting them and keep them in the lineup full time. I don't think Colin Miller is NHL ready, he gets pushed around and needs to get stronger. McQuaid needs to replace K.Miller when he returns.

Being 19-5 if they win today, they're still barely in a playoff spot and that's because of their play home. If they don't get their head out of their asses at home, They wont make the playoffs because eventually they're going to hit a snag on the road!!
