With Philly winning tonight, Bruins just 4points up on 9th and they have 2 games in hand and playing at home vs Jackets tomorrow...Our chance of making playoffs have dipped for 8 straight days and now down to 88.9 %..If Wings and Philly win tomorrow night, Bruins are just 2 points from 9th and Wings are just 1 pt behind us.. This is exactly what I spoke about before the road trip, if worse come to worse, well sorry to say I was right..Seems every night the teams we need to lose are winning and Bruins are losing. 89% seems like a shoe in but I cant see how that's accurate. I say more like 60% chance of making it at best. www.sportsclubstats.com/NHL/Eastern/Atlantic/Boston.htmlWed they are in MSG to play Rangers and following night at home vs Panthers and we all know about that 1st game home after a road trip. Then we have Panthers and Leafs. The kids in Toronto are playing pretty good and won again tonight. I hate to say it but every night seems to be getting closer to a repeat of last season. Can someone please say something positive cause right now, I cant think of anything..

Can someone please say something positive cause right now, I cant think of anything.. The positive part is that we're good enough to beat all three of those teams and we just have to go out and do it. I agree with you on these percentages though nfld, they must be strictly about points and games remaining and not really considering the "who you're playing" down the stretch. I see Detroit has a pair against the Habs coming up, where the hell is Price when you want him??Lol.

Good night for the Bruins. Tampa beats Wings and Jackets losing 2-0 vs Philly with little over a minute left and tie it up with 6 seconds left and go on to win in a SO.. Bruins back up to 91% chance of making it if you believe those stats..Personally I don't. No way in hell are the Bruins at 91% when they're only up 3 points on 2 teams. They still have it pretty tough. Rangers tomorrow and a rested Florida team following night at home. Hopefully its just a mini losing streak against the West and they win the majority against the East. Besides Caps, they're as good as anyone in East, just gotta prove it final 9 games!

The Bruins are in control of their own destiny, just like this time last year. Let's not have history repeat itself. They better come out and play hard down the stretch, no point in leaving anything on the table or saving it for the playoffs, they are hardly a guarantee at this time.

All three goalies were on the ice this morning. Smith will head from NYC to Hartford tonight to play for the P-Bruins. Rask was first off the ice.

That's a valid point my friend. I just don't want a repeat of that devastating finish last season.. Me too!! Just trying to be positive right now. Same here..I guess last night is a good place to start. Detroit got hammered 6-2 with both of their goalies giving up 3. Philly was winning 2-0 with a minute left and somehow blew it and lost to Jackets 3-2 in SO..They have their #1 netminder out for I believe a month.. Win tonight and then go home and beat Panthers following night and things will look a lot brighter. This team has 9 games left and if they're on their game, they can win 6-7 of them and that would easily put them in..Just stay ahead of Det, that's it and they're in. They're 3 points ahead and I believe holds the tiebreaker, so pressure is on Wings..
