Certainly very similar to the movie we seen for the 3rd straight year.. Most of the time, I tried to support Julien and his system. I guess because he was coach when Bruins won it all in 2011. But that was 5 years ago and that system don't work with this team. Yes, they're doing good defensively this year but now the problem is scoring.Seems they have no clue whatsoever what to do inside opposition blueline except passing the puck to another teammate. Just no chemistry. Julien has to be part of the problem and maybe a new coach is the answer. I just don't know.. I'm not questioning whether Claude was or is a great coach, I think his record speaks for itself. Julien has been the coach of the Bruins since June 2007, longest running coach in the NHL. 21 teams in the NHL have coaches that have started in 2014 or later. My point is coaches have a shelf life, the message gets stale and the players get comfortable and tune out. It's my opinion that we hit that point already and the front office has to pull the trigger. The problem is, if we have a coaching change and the new coach is worse the finger of blame points squarely on the front office. Either way if we don't make the playoffs, Julien is definitely gone and the front office will certainly come under heavy scrutiny. Well said Kjc, very well said..
