Big win, not a bad game.
Z was brutal in his own end, good thing he scored.

With Leafs losing 6-3 late in 3rd, this win was crucial..No doubt this team is coming together..Is it too late?? Well who knows cause we still don't know how long this good play will last. But damn, such a fun team to watch when they dominate in the offensive zone..If they could sneak in, with this team and the way Rask is capable of playing, you just never know..Great game by Colin Miller and Marchand is just phenominal!!

Great night for Bruins..Ottawa, Philly loses and Leafs are down 6-3 with 10 minutes left..
Caps lost to the Islanders and the Isles are steaming hot since a coaching change. I still think Bruins only chance of making it is finishing top 3 in their division. Right now they're tied with Ottawa and 3 pts up on Leafs. That game vs Leafs Saturday night will be crucial.
I guess we see Dolby in net tomorrow night. That might kill any possible chance we have of taking points out of Washington..See what happens I guess!!

sleep equals wins. i went to bed at seven last night..and the night before...LOL.
now the b's play five games in the next 18 days. we could see them fall far. but games in hand mean nothing if you lose. just remember that.

I wonder if dumbass Marchand gets a suspension this time. I am sure he's going to play the 'incidental contact' card, but it looked only slightly better than the trip on Kronwall. And he couldn't even wait a few games before he did it...fucking idiot. The league might just throw the book at him this time, I imagine they must be getting sick of his shit.

Marchand is our best player by far, I'm not sure if he's actually ever hurt anybody, so what if he's a little dirty, I can live with that. I just wish we had a few more that wanted to win as badly as he does.

They as in the Department of Player Safety...he was just fined the max for a similar hit last week, I can't imagine they're going to let this one slide with just another fine. Regardless of what we think about his antics and being just 'a little dirty', these things are defined by the league and he knows what is acceptable and what is not...quite well by now, I imagine. The fact that he's never actually hurt anyone is irrelevant at this point. And yes, he is our best player, which makes it even more asinine when he pulls shit like this. Him being suspended has before, and will most likely again, hurt this team on the ice and in the standings, especially this year where they're already up against it. He knows the league already has its eye him and he needs to be smarter than this. I am betting he's watching from the press box for at least 3 this time.

I think last nights and Kronwall's were stupid on Marchand's part but from a dangerous standpoint in hockey context they were both about a 2 out of 10 in my books. Should have been a penalty but because it's Marchand it gets blown out of proportion. In my humble and very biased opinion.

I hear what you're saying, I am just looking at it from the angle I think the league will see it from...which does not bode well for him. They already have a hard on for him, that much is clear.

Elliot Friedman - Hearing no discipline for Brad Marchand. Going towards puck, not seen as intentional like Kronwall play from last week.

The refs on the ice call the game but all these media guys with their bullshit agendas love to try to influence the outcomes. If that was Kadri I'm sure Elliot Friedman would have been fine with it.
