Point 1: The Bruins are missing something and look like a tale of two stories.
Point 2: Even with the Bruins missing the playoffs again, we will all be here again next year.

No guarantees in sports but the Sharks are 8-1-1 in their last ten, my guess is that we get our asses handed to us. The loss to the Leafs was devastating to our team, I'm guessing we win one game out of the next three.

Practice lines today. #NHLBruins practice lines: Marchand-Bergeron-Vatrano; Cehlarik-Krejci-Pastrnak, Spooner-Backes-Beleskey, Schaller-Moore-Hayes Spooner at center Claude binky Nash paying the price, undeservedly imo. |

If those 2 kids don't work on the 2nd line, there's no one left to blame but Krejci..Nice to at least see Backes practicing at his original position of centre.
Oh crap..I see you wrote Spooner at centre..Damn, so much for a rejuvenated Backes.. Nash deserves to sit out just as Hayes deserved it.. He's a turnover machine. The ONE good thing I can say bout Nash is: he's a good penalty killer, that's about it and they come a dime a dozen..If Cehlarik plays well, I think Nash/Hayes will take turns sitting unless they bring up another kid or make a trade and dump both of them..At least Hayes looked like he was trying latelt when he played..But still, that's not enough. you have to have skill and he has none..

I'm looking forward to seeing a different version of the Bruins. I know it's the same players but different combos, maybe a tweaked system and hopefully a lot more emotion. It could be more of the same or could be worse but at least it's an attempt at changing things up.

Vatrano buried to 3rd W/HAZE!!! WTF? ? I look at it this way, at least each center in the top three has one winger to pass the puck to on their line. Begeron/Marchand, Krejci/Pasta and Spooner/Vatrano. I sure would like Haze to go away though.  |

Thanks my friend..I'm up with my grandkids again..I should take a picture of my 10 month grandson..He has a Bruin jersey on and Bruin track pants. His bedroom is everything Bruins,,Pop's boy for sure. If I go to the bathroom, he'll sit down outside the door and actually cry until I come back out. Yep, Poppy's little man for sure, and my 2 granddaughters aged 6 and 8 are all excited about making me something in school. So I'm having a super awesome time. Kjc, Sharks lost 5-4 in OT or a SO to Sabres Tuesday so no reason why we cant beat them. I'm curious to see how the players react and again, I hope the new kid {Cehlerik} don't get buried on 4th line and play 5 minutes. I guess that depends on how he does in practice.. |

Well lets hope its only practice lines and things will be different tonight OR maybe practice shows the kid just isn't ready for top line minutes. The reason they never called him up before was because there was some part of his game that was holding him back from playing with the big boys..Hopefully he made the adjustment.. |

One of Butch's tweaks/ideas I like is to try to get the puck back asap in the d zone and not just be satisfied to keep them on the perimeter.
