Best (published) line I've read in weeks:
"Keith [Richards] sincerely feared Gram [Parsons] was doing an unhealthy amount of heroin. If Keith Richards is running your intervention, you're in trouble." - David N. Meyer, Twenty Thousand Roads

Well, Keith is still alive (more or less), and Gram is dead, so I guess that proves it. ;D

I just noticed that at the bottom of the postal receipt I received today there is an e-mail address and the suggestion, "Tell Us About Your Recent Postal Experience."
I went postal just a couple of days ago. Should I e-mail them about this?

Why do slow people insist on getting near the front of the line for anything? They know once those behind them get going, they are just going to get bowled over.

Why do people buy bags or cans of expensive mixed nuts?
Once all the almonds, cashews and macadamia nuts are gone, you're stuck with the remnants, salt grains, skins and of course the crap nuts even a starving squirrel wouldn't eat.
Why not just buy the good nuts everyone desires?

Thats true, and its made it very hard for good qualified nuts to get in a can these days.

Planters sells the two-pack of regular salted peanuts at Costco just in time for Christmas. You get them home and dig in.
An hour later and wish you hadn't. You have to admire the skills of Mr. Peanut in this regard.

Peanut overdose stomach aches are terrible. Never trust someone wearing a monacle.

What if that someone is Kurt Russell? That's a patch, not a monacle, Hus. Upon further review, I think you're correct, kovs.

Christmas is the drinking season. Why does something tell me we're going to see a quote by yeolde that goes something like this..."Valentine's Day is the drinking season" followed by "Easter is the drinking season"?
