Ullmark gets the start. Third line...calling the third line....anybody there? Along that line the SCP are physical. Bruins with 42 hits Monday night. The D only accounted for 6 of those and that was by 2 guys. The rest know who you are so how bout joining the party. |

Grz works well with McAvoy so that should be a good change for him. Grz is not going to throw any meaningful hits so he’s best off playing his game and getting to pucks first and moving them quickly. Lindholm is strong on the puck and his hockey sense is high end, he’ll be a help to Carlo. Lindholm is strong, can win puck battles with size and smarts but he’s not a big hitter. Charlie and Cliffy can hit hard and they usually do because they move well latterly. Forbort has to be a bigger hitter, he’s big and strong and skates well enough. Carlo is a bit of a lost cause, he just has to concentrate on getting pucks out over our blue line. No doubt he’s big enough but he has no balance, so easily knocked around.
In defence of our low number of hits from the back end I got to think it had a lot to do with the Canes dumping pucks in deep and not carrying it in over our blue line.
