I didn’t think that was out of hand. He hit the blue line with speed while his line-mates were pretty much standing still at the line. There was a lane for a second to make a pass instead of his Euro dangle but easy for us to see from above. Pasta goes 1 on 4 all the time and it drives me crazy but if you score 60 goals in the NHL you get a free pass. I’m gonna guess Lysell has been told a few times to use his team mates, and Coach is probably getting a little tired that the point isn’t getting across . Used that play as an example. There’s a ton of time just needs to start responding.

Pasta has brought a physical play this year , but the no look passes drive Me nuts . Yeh Pasta’s really bringing it this year with the physicality. Almost to a fault if anything bad should come of it but he’s put in the work in the weight room and it shows. Way more solid on his skates too. It’d be great if everyone else to a man picked up on it and chipped in a little more along those lines.

Have to use your teammates, puck possession is the most important part of the system. Maybe the light goes on a little in Coyle’s head as well.

Sure sign it’s been a talking point between the two for a long time.

It’s why he wasn’t able to hold onto the 1C position that was his to lose and why goals dry up for his wingers.

He’ll go into the corners and wear down defences. Don’t give him skilled wingers and especially not small skilled wingers it’s a waste of time. He’s big, skates well and he needs the same type of winger. We have three 3 rd line centers and 1 young 4th line Center. Zero top six centers, it’s our big flaw and the reason we’re going nowhere this year.

AS of right now we certainly dont have a #1 centre but that could change before seasons end..IF Bruins decide to trade the Vezina winner from last season plus another player, that MIGHT be enough for a top centreman..Bruins still have one of the best records in the league although I give most of the credit to our netminders..They need to make some trades and in all liklihood, this team will look different come playoff time.. If Boston plays exactly .500 rest of the way they'll finish with 96 points..With this great start, they're practically guarenteeed a playoff position and Florida came from nowhere last season, barely making playoffs yet going right to finals..Just win RD1 and you just never know what happens after that..Being healthy and having fresh bodies goes a long way..Making the right trade could make a big difference or maybe we get bounced 1st rd again..|SO hard to predict]

Maybe he’s too fast for the AHL, he’s always up on the play a head of his line mates. Seriously though he could learn the art of changing gears and curling up just to buy time. I hope he figures it out.

Guess he didn’t watch his coaches interview. Looks like a player that should be on the big ice in Europe. I still think he needs a cup of coffee with the big boys and some serious mentorship from some legit NHLers. I understand that seems to never be the approach the Bs take but we can't let another 1st rounder go down the tubes and that's the direction this seems to be headed fast.
