The Leaf whining postgame was at full throttle last night. Complaining about missed calls when they led 5-3 in power plays. They’re ridiculous, the spin is all about next game without a doubt, would they be happier with 10 pps to none next game?

Lohrei scared the crap out of me on several occasions last night, do we come back with him in game 4? He has the size and reach but not great along the wall and his decision making is not good.

His boys have gotten away with all kinds of shit thus far. And to single Marchand out specifically, that's just fucking retarded. It's usually open season on Marchand and for every call that he gets in his favor, there are probably 10 others that the refs just ignore because it's Marchand. To Bertuzzi's credit, he just shrugged it off and didn't whine about anything.

Brad Marchand last night:
—Tied Cam Neely for most Bruins playoff goals with 55
—Broke Neely’s team record for playoff game-winning goals with 12
—Moved past Patrice Bergeron for third-most Bruins playoff assists with 79

Swayman gets the net and shuts it down again. Marchand gets out of his funk and scores. Coyle sees Marchand score and decides to score himself. Freddie comes back from his disappearing act and scores. JDB gets an empty netter. McAvoy plays defense tonight and stops trying to be a forward. 4-1 win Well Coyle...what the hell!

Love his answer to the collision with Domi! Swayman is laser focused and not letting the small shit bother him!

It's a pu**y move to say that in post press interviews.

Yup you come right back with Lohrei in game 4. He does a ot of good things out there. Did have that rather atrocious giveaway late, but it didn’t cost them. Part of the reason they handled the forecheck well, wants the puck and can make plays.

I didn't see all of the game last night because of a meeting. However, I was following online and I'm encouraged by the intention to not quit when the Loafs seemed to gain momentum. Keep that up and the series should be quick.
It's going to get uglier. Everything is under the microscope for the coach and the team in general, so they will find a reason to blame the Bruins for everything. also, they will try to injure someone. Gotta plan for that and the rookies need to keep their heads up.
Intentions going forward into Sat. include Pasta playing a little more grounded....he seems like the game is rushing past him. For Coyle and Zacha to catch fire--like really catch fire. There's a lot of untapped energy there.
Marshy needs to stay cool. Play your game, be physical but if you let them get in your head, we're done.
goalie, I'm not sure about. I want him to keep sway in, I think he's focused as fck and has that TT like confidence.

He needs to stay out of the box Some of that is hard to do when the refs are biased & yes I truly believe they are against the Bruins. Missed Hi stick on Mac then he gets tripped in 3rd below goal line same or worst what they called on Zacha in 1st. The roughing on Mac falling on Loaf, Pasta gets hooked down along the boards no call. I'm sure I missed a few more that would've been called if it was the other way around. Not whining just what I saw during game as far as TV coverage.

Felt like they were already try to injure with all the high hits.. Pasta is no wilting flower anymore..but with that said no attempts to injure him or any other Bruin should go unpunished.. I liked how Vegas handled it last year where if you went after their stars they went after yours..huge deterrent. and thugs such as Tkachuk were dealt with equal force.. it got ugly few times but it put that shit in it's place in a hurry.. and w\o the antics the GK were the better team..Reeves an Bertuzzi are shit stirrers.. Machy is handling Bert..now someone needs to drop Reeves down a peg.. Maroon?

Lohrei played only 14 mins, Shatty played just 10 minutes..Carlo actually picked up the slack playing almost 24 minutes..I thought Carlo was great especially on the PK last night..Everyone else played 20+ minutes, Wotherspoon played 19..

Thankfully the penalties to Lohrei didn't end up hurting us. I do like that Lohrei seems to have a little jam and be hard to play against. Guys like that find their way to the box every once in a while and I'm okay with that if they are wearing down the other side's top guys!

Held them to a manageable 30 shots with 10 minutes of pp. How bout Jake crushing people!! His 7 hits were tops among forwards, McAvoy had 8 hits..Jake is playing really good and needs to continue playing the way he has..IF we lose the offense we;re getting from the Marchand line, we're in trouble.. Coyle went 10-8 in FO last night, Zacha had a bad night going 5-9, he's normally well over 50% the past month..If Coyle can go 50/50, I'll be happy, it's close to the best your gonna get from him if all season is ant indication.. I gotta give Danton Heinen some credit here..When Leafs tied the game 2-2 with 8+ minutes left, Leafs almost scored on a sprawling Swayman but Heinen took the puck away from danger, went right to opposite end, puts the puck on Marshys stick from behind net and game over..NEVER happens with Heinen and his smart play..He's actually my 3rd star behind Sway and Capt..

I think we are seeing improvement.. the kid is slick with the puck and has great offensive instincts that is in short supply on the back end.. and he essentially takes Gryz's spot which is a net positive at this moment

I think he has to go back to Ully for a couple of reasons and not the least of which is if Ully wins the leafs are all but done.. they will be staring at 3-1 and Sway coming back in Game 5..that's a gut punch right there.. and if the Leafs win game 4 well guess what no matter how good Ully played Sway is on the way to save the day lol..

Last night’s game had 65 hits for the Bruins 68 for the Leafs total of 133 , 5 short of a record.
