Chiarelli said Boychuk has a "mild concussion." Hopefully Boychuk comes back healthy soon and Zannon can take over for Corvo. Rolston can play the point on the PP and fire some bullets at the net and PC looks looks like the GM of the year for his quiet but effective deadline moves.

Chiarelli said Boychuk has a "mild concussion." Same mild concussion Horton has? It's only mild when you are not the guy that has it.

Same mild concussion Horton has? It's only mild when you are not the guy that has it. I interpret 'mild concussion' similar to 'concussion like symptoms', call it what it is, don't pussy foot around it.

Boychuk gets back, we got 2 regulars sitting out. Zanon logs 20 minutes a game so he gotta be a regular..asy choice should be take out Corvu but it wont cause he's our PP SPECIALIST!! ROLMAO

"Andrew Ference is not practicing. Ference suffered a lower-body injury in last night’s 4-3 overtime win over New Jersey. Ference’s availability for tomorrow is unknown. If Ference can't play, Mike Mottau would go back in. Mottau was a healthy scratch last night."

Ference has been playing very good hockey, it might have been the hit from Ponikarovsky. Hope it's just a maintenance day.

Rask not making the trip to New York and it looks like Ference won't be either. No update on Paille as of now.

Injuries will be the death of this team. We could do without Rask in the playoffs, we did it last year. What I'm worried about is losing the likes of Paille, Horton, Peverley, etc. If we go into the playoffs without these guys, it's game over. I know there is time to get healthy but I'm just a little worried is all. I want to see these boys go all the way again and it worries me that we won't get out of the first round thanks to all these bullshit injuries. FFS I'm just rattled.

KDP is reporting that Rask needs an MRI to determine extent of injury.
Man, now I'm really jealous that we didn't get in on Bishop.

I think it was Edwards that tweeted that GM's rarely release a statement that says everything's OK. I think the proof was in the pudding. We all saw how Rask left the ice. That pretty much says it all for me.

Seems like either groin or knee, if surgery is required he is most likely done for the year. I don't like that Rask's first instinct is to go down on every shot, maybe it's a matter of just not getting enough games in. He seems to overreact instead of just reacting.
